Tip of the Week

Playing under pressure is inevitable. Everyone handles it differently. There are some very common sense techniques to make it your friend, and not your enemy...these tips include...

1. Deep nasal breathing. Inhale and exhale through the nose to relax, and to regain lung capacity.

2. Move the strings back into place, and use that time for "positive self-talk."

3. Ask the right questions to yourself. Don`t berate yourself. Ask, "what do I need to do now to stay in this game?, instead of "what am I doing?"
