Tip of the Week
To play short court tennis, simply play without the net on one side at first, each player playing in the doubles alley...this takes the pressure off getting it over the net...
Next, play within the confines of the service boxes. Be cooperative until you can sustain a rally of 10 or more...then, play some points out...for an additional challenge, try 2, or even 3 balls at the same time!
