1. I commit to play at least once a week with a partner who is as good or better than me. We`ll practice intensely for 45 minutes, then do practice game situations, or play a set...
2. I commit to becoming flexible, by joining a Yoga club, stretch club, or learning the proper techniques, so that I can play injury free tennis for a long time.
3. I commit to CANI. Constant and never-ending improvement. That doesn`t mean winning more matches, necessarily. Simply, I just want to get a little better each time I come out, working on a specific part of my game. In this way, I`ll never get "bored" with tennis.
4. I commit to having fun! Tennis is lots of fun, and I`ll never forget the most important reason I PLAY tennis!
